We only ship via USPS with delivery confirmation.  We offer first class standard shipping to the USA (3-7 business days).

All orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday-Friday), excluding major holiday.  Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday, after normal business hours, or on holidays will be processed the next business day. Most orders are processes within 3 days after receipt. Longer delays may apply depending on volume and time of year.

Our products are made of a unique blend of natural ingredients. Our brand is cruelty-free, and none of our products are tested on animals.

All launches are announced via QUEEN MAIL and on social media. We try our best to restock our products as quickly as possible.
